How it works and where to find it
In the MOMBO app, go to the Account menu and select ‘Help Center’ then ‘FAQs’. From there, you’ll be able to search for your query, view the Most Popular Questions or browse the entire Faqs by topic area.
Can’t find what you’re looking for?
You can speak to a member of our team by selecting ‘Chat’. If your request isn’t urgent, it’s best to tap ‘Send Email’. That way, you’ll be able to get on with other things and one of our agents will send you a response.
